MS: Don’t mail Bill!

Guess the guy wasn’t all too happy with everyone mailing him about their Red Ring of Death.
On Wednesday we reported about a guy who got a brand new X360 after mailing Bill Gates about the problems he was having with his console. Tons of news sites reported on this and the result seems to have been a massive increase in angry mails towards the man.
Microsoft now has sent out a note that people shouldn’t be contacting Mr. Gates as that is not the “appropriate escalation point for customer service issues”
